  • I only knew one "transgender" person directly. It was a challenging experience. First she introduced herself. Later on, she admitted to impending surgery (which she never had in the entire 20-plus years that I knew her), but lied and told me she was a hermaphrodite.

  • It benefits you if you use it correctly. I get my statements online in the comfort of my AC or heating (depending on the time of year) without having to walk way out to the mailbox (I wear oxygen, so that IS a big deal for me). I can download statements to my hard drive and save them.
